How long does it take for funds to be in our bank account?

As quickly as the SAME DAY! If you submit your checks to us before 10am EST, we will have the funds deposited to your bank account the same day, in most cases.

Is there a special bank I have to use?
A:
No. Just open a business checking account at one of our preferred banking institutions and we will make sure your funds are deposited right to your account. There is nothing you have to do. If you prefer to use your existing checking account at a financial institution not on our list, we can provide the service with a delay of up to two business days.

Is there a maximum amount on a check?
A:
We can process any amount on a check, just as if your customer wrote you the check.
Q:
If I don't use one of your banks, can you send us the checks? How long does it take?
A:
If you prefer, we can overnight you the checks for deposit to any bank in the U.S. Simply provide us with your Fedex/UPS account information.

Same day deposits refers to a deposit made anytime before 2pm the next business day and works with the following banks: Bank of America, Chase Bank, Colonial, Fifth Third, Florida Bank, PNC, RBC Centura, , Regions, Suntrust, Synovus, TD Bank, and Wells Fargo. Please allow up to 2 business days for deposit to banks not listed here. A batch fee of $10 will be charged for each deposit sent to a bank not listed above. Same day deposit is not guaranteed. Certain restrictions may apply.
