Paybyweb provides many services at no upfront cost to the merchant. This will be noted on the signup page where applicable. Certain services provided by Paybyweb are for a fee, charged to the merchant's credit card. By accepting the selected service which involves payment to your credit card, you accept our refund policy:
Our policy with regards to refunds are as follows:
CHECK BY PHONE ACCT FUNDING:
Merchants may request a refund of funds held in their Check By Phone funding account, by making such request in writing to: merchants@paybyweb.com, subject to closing/cancellation of their check by phone acct, done in accordance with Paybyweb's terms and conditions, agreed to at time of sign up. Any funds owed to merchant, still held on account, shall be paid to merchant by either, a credit to their credit card or by company check. ALL APPLICABLE FEES UP TO THE DATE OF REFUND ISSUE SHALL BE DEDUCTED PRIOR TO REFUND.
GATEWAY ACTIVATION:
Merchant may request, and obtain, a refund of their Gateway Activation Fee as long as refund request is received PRIOR to the gateway activation by Paybyweb. Once Paybyweb has built and activated merchant's payment gateway, no refund, credit, or part thereof shall be due merchant AND merchant waives any and all rights to a refund of any kind.
EXPRESS 24 ACTIVATION:
Merchant may request, and obtain, a refund of their Express 24 Activation Fee as long as refund request is received PRIOR to the gateway activation by Paybyweb. Once Paybyweb has built and activated merchant's gateway, no refund, credit, or part thereof shall be due merchant AND merchant waives any and all rights to a refund of any kind.
instaPAY MONTHLY SERVICE:
Merchant may voluntarily cancel use of the instaPAY service at any time by making such request in writing, being sure to include their business name and the requested service termination date. Paybyweb shall, upon receipt of the written request for termination, cancel the instaPAY service effective the date requested. No refunds, pro-rated or otherwise, shall be issued for any unused portion of service used.
