How It Works:
1. Fill out the application below. The application takes less than 5 minutes to complete. You will receive an email back with a copy of your application. You will be prompted to digitally sign the application. 2. Once Approved, we will email your approval, along with a link to your terminal request form. Complete the form so we can configure your terminal and prepare it for shipment. 3.Accept credit cards for your event.Your funds will be deposited into your checking account after 3 business days. 4.When your event is over, cancel the account and return the terminal/printer. The terminal deposit will be refunded once we receive the equipment.

Can I cancel the merchant account right after our event is held?

Absolutely. There is no fee to cancel the acct. Simply email us your request to close the account. Once we receive the terminal and supplies back, your deposit will be refunded.

What cards can I accept for our event?

You can accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Amex. You will receive a separate merchant acct and billing statement from Amex, upon approval.

What type of terminal will I receive?
A:
With your paid terminal rental, we will ship you an MTT 1510 wireless terminal, wireless printer, and 2 rolls of printer paper.

How do we receive funds from our credit card sales?
A:
Funds are automatically deposited to your checking account within 3 - 5 business days from batch settlement, typically 3. You close the batch on the terminal at the end of each day of use.

You can run any debit card as credit.

How long does it take to get setup?

You can apply, be approved and have your terminal and printer shipped in as little as one business day.
Amex requires separate approval and charges separately. Remember to cancel your Amex merchant account, too. Monthly service includes $15 monthly minimun which does not apply if you process at least $15 in fees per month AND $19.95 per month wireless service fee. Fees are charged by the merchant service provider, not Paybyweb. Remember to request to terminate the acct once you are done using it to avoid any un-necessary fees from accruing. No surcharge for Reward, World, Govt, Corp, or other Mid or Non Qualified cards. You must swipe a minimum of 85% of the cards processed.
